Delete your game data

Mutelands keeps your game on your phone. It has no accounts and sends us nothing, so deleting your data is in your hands.

support@mutelands.com

In the game

Open Settings > Delete my data and confirm. It deletes your save, your settings (with the game’s random install ID), your answer to the ad consent form and, in beta versions, the game log and feedback files, and the game starts over. Purchases are not lost: they come back from your Google account.

Everything on your phone

To also delete what Google’s ad components keep for themselves, clear the game’s storage in Android’s settings (Settings > Apps > Mutelands > Storage > Clear storage; the names vary between phones) or uninstall the game. A backup of the game in your Google account is managed in your Google settings.

No account to delete

Mutelands has no accounts yet, so there is no account to close and no game data on our servers. If the game adds accounts, this page will explain how to delete one.

Data held by Google and Unity

Google (ads, consent, payments) and Unity (purchase reports) keep the data they collect themselves. You can ask them to delete it, or write to support@mutelands.com and we will help. The privacy policy has the details.
